- Initial Visit (available as telehealth or in person)**
- First Meeting with Dr. V – review past and current medical history, medications, supplements, assess health goals, if needed, perform focused physical examination and refer for laboratory testing, and provide basic treatment plan
- Length: 60 min
- First Meeting with Dr. V – review past and current medical history, medications, supplements, assess health goals, if needed, perform focused physical examination and refer for laboratory testing, and provide basic treatment plan
- Pediatric Initial Visit (available as telehealth or in person)**
- First Meeting with Dr. V – review past and current medical history, if applicable medication and supplements, assess health goals, perform focused physical examination (review milestones) and if required refer for laboratory testing, and provide basic treatment plan
- Length: 45 min
- First Meeting with Dr. V – review past and current medical history, if applicable medication and supplements, assess health goals, perform focused physical examination (review milestones) and if required refer for laboratory testing, and provide basic treatment plan
- Return Visit (available as telehealth, phone, or in person)
- Follow up meeting with Dr. V – review progress and laboratory results (if application), and provide an advanced treatment plan
- Length: 30 or 45 min
- Comprehensive Physical Exam
- Vitals (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration rate)
- Head, Eye, Ear, Nose, Throat exam (includes regional lymph nodes)
- Cardiovascular exam
- Lung exam
- Abdominal exam
- Neurological exam (including cranial nerves)
- Musculoskeletal exam (including range of motion of major muscle groups)
- Length: 45 min
Advanced Therapies
- Intravenous Drips
- All IVs are customized for each individual patient
- Examples of IV therapies used: high dose vitamin C, artesunate, glutathione, NAD, Myers’ cocktail, Plaquex, EDTA chelation
- Length: 30 min – 3 hours
- Injection therapies
- Intramuscular injections customized for each individual patient
- Examples of injections therapies: B12, lipotropic, mistletoe
- Length: 15 min (can be completed during initial or return visit as well)
- Biopuncture, Neural Therapy, Trigger Point Injections
- Intramuscular, subcutaneous, or intradermal injections – solutions injected are customized based on individual
- Most commonly used to treat pain, scars (functionally), among others.
- Length: 15-60 min
